1 lb steak (your choice of cut)
Slice steak into thin, 2" long slices and trim fat.
Marinate steak for 30 minutes in the following mixture:
1/4 cup cooking oil
2 Tbs sesame oil
1/2 cup Danielle's Fine Teriyaki Sauce
1/4 cup water
1/2 Tbs granulated garlic
1 tsp black pepper
While meat is marinating, chop 1 small red bell pepper and set aside with 1/4 cup chopped green onions. Boil 8 oz thin spaghetti noodles for 8-9 mins. Drain and pour into large bowl with onions and bell peppers. Stir-fry marinated steak for appr. 5 mins. Then combine steak in large bowl with noodles, peppers and onions. Pour Danielle's Chiliyaki Sauce over the top of contents and mix thoroughly. Continue adding Chiliyaki Sauce and stirring until meat and noodles are well coated.
Excellent served hot or cold.
DANIELLE'S SWEET CHILI GLAZED HAM
Follow meat counter's baking instructions (usually 325 degrees and 20 mins per pound). Spike ham with cloves and use toothpicks to pin pineapple rings to outside of ham. Either bake until 80% done, then cover with Sweet Chili Sauce and finish baking, or cover entire ham with foil after coating in Sweet Chili Sauce and bake until done. If using foil, do not wrap tightly around ham. Leave at least one inch air gap around sides and top. When finishing ham, lower oven temperature to 250 degrees. This will prevent sauce from burning.
Combine above ingredients in large bowl. Form into balls (appr. 1/2") and brown in skillet with 2 tablespoons cooking oil. Remove from heat and drain grease. Pour Danielle's Sweet Chili Sauce over all the meat. Cover with foil and let sit 5 minutes. Transfer to serving tray and garnish with pineapple chunks. Excellent over rice, or serve as an hors d'oeuvre with frill picks.
DANIELLE'S SWEET CHILI CREAM CHEESE SPREAD
Soften 8 oz. of cream cheese in microwave and mix with 1/2 cup of Danielle's Sweet ChiliSauce. Spread over crackers and top with bay shrimp.
Wonderful hors d'oeuvre!
DANIELLE'S CHILIYAKI SALMON
Cook salmon filet (if possible on wood plank) in BBQ cooker until appr. 80% done. Lay on foil and cover in Danielle's Chiliyaki Sauce. Return to BBQ and finish cooking. Chiliyaki Sauce will seal in moisture, and add a sweet and spicy kick which complements the salmon's natural flavor profiles.
