This is the sweeter compliment to our Smoke & Spice BBQ Sauce. Like the Smoke & Spice, the Sweet & Spice is a "fusion" style BBQ sauce, gradually rolling notes from sweet to spice across the palette. This sauce is perfect for baby back ribs, pulled pork, or brisket. A more nouveau application has been suggested by a local celebrity chef; seared ahi tuna lightly glazed with Sweet & Spice BBQ Sauce. Be warned, however. The same chef posts a disclaimer that this dish may be "too addictive" for some!
